Hoche Avocats equips itself with Jimini AI artificial intelligence to strengthen its legal excellence
Hoche Avocats is a multidisciplinary law firm recognized for its leading expertise in business law. For more than 30 years, he has been offering his clients top-level legal support, which is regularly praised in specialized rankings such as Chambers, Legal 500 gold Decision Makers.
Founded in 2023, Jimini AI is developing an artificial intelligence co-pilot designed specifically for legal professionals. This innovative technology partially or completely automates tasks such as audit, document analysis, legal drafting or correction or research, thus allowing lawyers to refocus their expertise on missions with high added value.
After an experimental phase of three months, Hoche Avocats has chosen to integrate Jimini AI into its tools; it is now accessible to partners and employees from all its departments: this decision is part of a clear innovation strategy, in the service of legal performance and team productivity.
Collaboration co-managed internally
The relationship with Jimini AI is co-managed by a team composed of partners, experienced and more junior collaborators working in several departments (corporate, fiscal, social, social, social, social, technology, litigation). During the test period, they were able to use the tool and identify relevant uses. Group meetings made it possible to refine these use cases and co-build models adapted to the specific needs of each practice.
Jimini AI then designed and tested prompts drawn up from frameworks of agreements or M&A audit reports, sent by Hoche Avocats, allowing artificial intelligence to automatically produce accurate, targeted and usable analyses.
This co-construction phase allowed Jimini AI to offer a truly tailor-made application, perfectly adapted to the use cases and specific expectations of the firm. This approach, which Jimini tends to generalize, aims to specialize its analysis models for each client.
The decision to make a lasting commitment with Jimini AI was accompanied by training: in the use of the tool of course, but also in”Legal Prompting” which was delivered by the Jimini AI teams, to employees on the one hand, and to associates, on the other hand, with the clear objective of achieving the added value of the specialized co-pilot.
Concrete and measurable results
User feedback is particularly positive. The tool has proven to be effective in:
- Analysis of complex and/or poorly written contracts, with detailed identification of key clauses;
- Documentary legal translation;
- Proofreading and improving documents, by detecting inconsistencies, typos and structural problems;
- A quick summary of long documents, such as partners' agreements, with a structured summary by title.
Vincent Bothorel, associate lawyer, co-designer of certain use cases and active users, testifies:
“With Jimini, I started creating my own models, which I use regularly. This allowed me to focus on the analysis itself, free from material tasks.”
For Jean Luc Blein, partner member of COMEX:
“The collaboration between Hoche Avocats and Jimini AI is a perfect illustration of how artificial intelligence can adapt to the high requirements of a business firm. By combining the analytical power of AI and human legal expertise, the firm is strengthening its capacity to deal with complex cases and to deliver advice that is ever more reliable, effective and with high added value.”
