We wish to provide you with clear and transparent information about the use of cookies when you use our services. This cookie policy is coordinated with our Privacy Policy.
Introduction
To enable you to use the services offered, browse them, optimise their use or personalise them, our websites use cookies.
A “cookie” or “tracker” is a set of information, generally small in size and identified by a name, which may be sent to your browser by a website you visit. Your web browser will retain it for a certain period and send it back to the web server each time you reconnect.
This policy is issued pursuant to:
- Article 82 of French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties;
- the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016), in particular Article 7 on the conditions for obtaining consent;
- the CNIL guidelines and recommendation of 17 September 2020.

On the marketing website, PostHog audience measurement is loaded only after you accept it and operates in memory mode: it places no cookie and stores no data in local storage.
These trackers are loaded through Google Tag Manager, which is itself conditional on your consent.
5. Third-party cookies
Our services place no third-party cookies.
The PostHog audience measurement cookie is placed on the .jimini.ai domain. It is therefore technically present across all subdomains, including the marketing website, which neither reads nor uses it.
6. Consent
On your first visit, you are offered the option to accept or refuse the use of our cookies. You may also consent independently and specifically to each separate purpose through the “Customise” option. You may refuse all non-exempt trackers by selecting “Reject all”.
Simply continuing to browse without selecting one of the available options does not constitute consent.
Your consent is retained for a maximum period of 6 months from the date on which it is obtained. Once this period expires, you will be asked for your consent again. Your refusal is retained on the same basis.
You may change your choices at any time through the cookie management module available in the footer.
7. Managing cookies
7.1 Cookie management module
The Axeptio module, available from the footer, allows you to choose which cookies you wish to accept and which you wish to refuse.
7.2 Browser settings
You may configure your browser at any time to block or delete cookies that have already been placed. The procedure varies according to the browser used and is described in its help menu.
8. Entry into force
This policy enters into force on the date on which it is published online. The same applies to any amendments made to it.
